Chili Taco Salad

1 lb. ground beef
1 envelope Taco Seasoning
1 - 15 oz. can kidney beans, drained
1 - 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
Corn chips

Brown ground beef.  Pour off excess fat.  Stir in seasoning mix, beans, tomato sauce, and water.  Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.  For each serving, place shredded lettuce in bow.  Top with chili mixture.  Add cheese, corn chips, and salsa to taste.
