Broccoli-Rice Casserole

1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 Tbs. oil
2 packs frozen, chopped broccoli
1 - 8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk
2 cups cooked rice
salt and pepper to taste

Sauté onions and celery in oil.  Cook broccoli according to package directions and drain well.

Combine soup, milk, and Cheez Whiz.  Heat to melt.

Combine all ingredients and pour into a lightly-greased casserole dish.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Note:  Mom and Dad like this with hot Cheez Whiz, but I prefer plain.
