Chicken Rice-A-Roni

1 box chicken rice-a-roni
1 chicken, boiled and deboned
1/2 stick of butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of onion soup
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
20 Ritz or saltine crackers, crushed

Sauté onion, celery, and bell pepper in butter until tender.  Cook rice-a-roni as directed. 

Combine chicken, rice-a-roni, onion, celery, bell pepper, and soups. 

Mix thoroughly and pour into casserole dish.  Mix cheese and cracker crumbs and spread on top. 

Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
